What the same $149 buys elsewhere

Same money, same month, different products. The comparison is not who is cheaper but what the $149 answers that a cheaper tool does not.

The cheaper tools that cover the same job

Spytrend — $79

Covers the archive half of the job better: 1.1 billion Meta ads over five years against AdSpy 211.2 million, and adds TikTok, which AdSpy does not carry at any price.

BigSpy — $69

Covers breadth, with a free plan underneath it: over a billion creatives across ten platforms, where AdSpy covers two.

AdSpy stays first on discovery

30.2 million advertiser profiles is 6.7 times the figure Spytrend publishes, and no cheaper tool here searches ad comments or affiliate IDs.

What AdSpy does not publish

A price is only half of what a buyer needs, and AdSpy leaves the other half unstated.

There is no pricing page on the site at all: the $149 figure sits on the home page, which is why this comparison cites a home page rather than a /pricing address for it. Nothing on that page says whether the price is per seat or per account, and no team or agency tier is published — where Spytrend prints a per-seat Team figure of $63.20 for 4 to 20 members, AdSpy prints one number and stops.

Two further gaps matter when comparing it with anything else here. AdSpy publishes its total ad count, 211.2 million, but no figure for how many ads it adds a month, so its freshness cannot be compared against tools that do publish one — TrendTrack states 2 million new ads a day, Spytrend 230 million a month. And it publishes no retention window: how far back its 211.2 million ads reach is not stated anywhere on the site, where Spytrend states five years outright.

What is genuinely unmatched at $149 is the search itself: comments left on an ad, and affiliate network, affiliate ID and offer ID. No cheaper tool in this category offers either, and no free tier offers them at all.

Questions

How much does AdSpy cost?

$149 a month on a single plan, stated on AdSpy home page. There is no free tier, no cheaper level and no annual price published. For comparison, the two tools closest to it on database size publish $79 (Spytrend, with a free Starter tier) and $69 (BigSpy, with a free plan).

Does AdSpy have a free trial?

No. AdSpy publishes no free plan and no trial, which makes it the only tool in this comparison that cannot be sampled before paying. BigSpy free plan (five searches a day) and Spytrend free Starter tier are the two standing free levels in the category; PiPiADS offers 500 trial credits.

Is AdSpy worth $149 a month?

It is if the job is advertiser discovery on Meta, comment search or affiliate-ID search, none of which anything cheaper does. It is not if the job is archive depth or TikTok: Spytrend publishes 1.1 billion Meta ads over five years and covers TikTok for $79, and AdSpy carries no TikTok at any price.

What are the cheapest AdSpy alternatives?

BigSpy at $69 with a free plan underneath, Spytrend at $79 with a free Starter tier, Minea at $49 and PowerAdSpy at $69 for two of its eleven networks. Anstrex is cheaper still at $39.99, but that price covers one channel module rather than the whole product.

Does AdSpy cover TikTok?

No. AdSpy publishes Facebook and Instagram coverage only, and no TikTok on any plan. PiPiADS is TikTok-first from $49, Anstrex reaches TikTok through its $39.99 InStream module, and Spytrend carries TikTok alongside Facebook on one $79 account.
